Days of the week visual

Just a quick update on the visual timetable we are using to understand what happens on each day of the week. Starting from yesterday we outlined to T that his friends club on a Saturday was happening several days from where we are. By pointing to the weekend section of the board and explaining that we were on Tuesday seemed to satisfy him. Then today he stood up and put his finger on the weekend square of the board and said ” friends club?” I told him “yes” and explained we were currently on Wednesday.

He was very content with this explanation.

I cannot express how well visuals work for T.

All of this is without actual visual picture of school and play (friends club). I have added the visuals this evening so we will probably get an even better response tomorrow.
